The city view from my room was stunning, truly one of the highlights of my stay. Parking was steep at $49 per night, which was unexpected for a hotel guest.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Valet parking is $50 a night and can take a long time.

I arrived at the hotel only to find a hidden $50 parking fee and a noisy toilet that never stopped refilling.

Exceeded expectations in many areas. The staff was genuine, welcoming, and immensely helpful. Rooms were stylish and functional, complete with USB sockets. Clean, cozy, and entertaining views of elevator pods added a unique touch. we faced significant challenges. The water was out upon check-in, with no prior notice. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. A leaking shower and faulty sink made for an uncomfortable stay. Miscommunication about room amenities added frustration. Restaurant hours and hidden fees also detracted from the experience. There’s potential here, but substantial improvement is needed across the board.

They really went the extra mile to help us with an accessible room. The valet parking got a nice discount, and the staff were super friendly from the first handshake to the last goodbye.
It wasn't cheap, but it felt right for what we got.

The Westin Bonaventure boasts an excellent location, making check-in a breeze. The bar scene was lively, filled with energy from Dodgers fans, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. Despite minor hiccups with parking and room cleanliness, I appreciated the nice city views from my room.

Our stay was filled with sunshine and joy! The staff surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a view of the Hollywood sign – what a treat! The amenities were top-notch, and I loved starting my mornings with breakfast from the lovely café downstairs.
Can't recommend highly enough! 🌟❤️

The lobby is a jaw-dropper with its modern design. The staff is friendly and helpful and the valet service is super efficient.
The parking garage couldn't handle my oversized ride.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of downtown LA, providing a perfect backdrop for my weekend strolls, and I found it super convenient to visit amazing attractions like OUE Skyspace, The Bloc, and LA Live, all of which are just a short walk away, making it easy to soak in the vibrant city atmosphere. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-appointed, and I particularly loved that I was upgraded for free upon arrival! Even though the rooms are a bit small, the amenities are top-notch, but the overall feel of the property could use some updates to match the quality of the staff and views.

Water issues left us uncomfortable after a long travel day, with both rooms affected by maintenance without prior notice. The check-in experience was frustrating, marked by a dismissive representative—hard to manage with kids in tow. The rooms, while clean, showed signs of age, with leaking showers and awkward faucet designs. The unique hotel layout felt like a mini-mall, but it lacked the expected vibrant atmosphere due to vacant shops. Friendly staff were hard to find, and a long valet wait added to the stress. Distant glimpses of potential, marred by needs for a serious refresh.

Great rooftop pool and 24-hour reception. Rooms need updates, some stuff felt outdated.

It was convenient to have the option to quickly touch up my clothes before heading out. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings or getting a quick caffeine boost in the mornings. I did notice that the mini-bar was a bit limited in options and could use some more variety. The sitting area in the room was cozy and provided a nice space to unwind after a long day of exploring. It would have been even better if there was a terrace attached to the room for some fresh air and outdoor relaxation. There was a rollaway bed available upon request, which came in handy when we had an extra guest staying with us. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms made it easy to stay connected and plan out our activities for the day. I was a bit disappointed to find that there were no garden furniture available to enjoy the outdoors. the carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit outdated and could use some updating. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the option for car hire and dry cleaning services on-site made it convenient with specific needs. I did find that the shops and commercial services within the hotel were limited in selection. Valet parking was available but could be quite slow at times, leading to longer wait times during peak hours. A welcome drink upon arrival would have been a nice touch to start off the stay on a positive note. my experience at the Bonaventure had its ups and downs, but the comfortable room amenities and convenient services made for a decent stay.

The room was a cozy environment with a bed that slept like a dream, ensuring a restful night. Temperature control was spot on, providing comfort throughout my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and amenities; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. the walls were thin. I could easily hear the shower from the next room. The view was stunning, enhancing the ambiance. While the room was small, it was adequate for my needs. There were issues with getting food options on-site, but the welcoming staff made me feel at home each time I returned.

Take advantage of the WestinWORKOUT® Gym and the revamped pool area, perfect for family fun. The fitness studio offers a range of equipment for a good workout, while the pool is a rejuvenating spot to relax in the sun.
My wife says that the hotel lacked a dedicated kids' play area.

My friends and I had a blast on our trip, checking out cool spots like the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio and the epic outdoor pool. We were living our best lives, sweating it out in the gym and lounging by the pool with some sick beats playing.
The one thing that would make the vibe even better for us party-goers would be if they had a happening rooftop bar for some late-night fun! .

Had a blast exploring downtown LA, only a short walk from Grand Central Market. The pool area had killer views and the room was cozy with top, notch linens. The staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home, and the surrounding area offered a plethora of dining spots and easy transport options to iconic LA sights.
The room needed a facelift, feeling a bit outdated. The air conditioner was a noisy ancient beast, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

The building was like a quirky movie set, and the view from the 34th floor lounge was killer. My dog felt like a VIP with their own heavenly bed. Plus, the pool terrace was a glam spot for people-watching.
Love a hotel room with a broken sofabed and dusty curtains.

The 1 Bedroom Suite was cozy and comfortable, offering a peaceful atmosphere and great relaxation options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The location was ideal, with plenty of activities and dining options near the hotel, providing a vibrant atmosphere.
The parking situation was a bit tricky, with no self-parking available and limited options for larger vehicles. there were some minor issues in the room, such as a missing blow dryer and coffee cups, which was a disappointment considering the price paid.

The property offers stunning views of high-rise buildings and the Hollywood sign. The spacious rooms with wall-to-wall glass provide ample sunlight and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet with an extensive selection, including delicious eggs benedict and French toast, was a definite highlight. The warm and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is dog-friendly and offers a potty station for pets.
No complaints, felt very well.
